Review of Giardiniera Leggera at PizzaExpress by arunnersfuel

I enjoyed this dish a lot! It was really light and refreshing, and I didn’t feel heavy after eating it. The vegan cheese tasted like real cheese and the tomato sauce was on the slightly sweet side, just how I like it. The middle of the pizza is cut out and replaced by salad. The only downside is that it is quite pricy for a pizza, especially one that isn’t really a full pizza.
