as usual my favourite lei cha stall never lets me down!! this place uses less oil, less salt and no msg at all, which adds on to the health and nutrition value on top of all the veggies which are boiled (helps retain more nutritional value instead of frying off all the vitamins and minerals) the broth/paste is the best in sg in my opinion as it’s just really well balanced (but do ask them to add less water to it as they might accidentally dilute it a bit more sometimes) in addition to this, the uncle who was serving the food is constantly dancing and singing along to songs and there’s a really groovy positive vibe that makes you really feel how much he’s enjoying serving you ,, and all this for just $6! on the side i also ordered a piece of tau kwa (60cents) from a nearby hawker stall for extra protein (but u can always add on tofu or any veggies at the lei cha stall for $1 i think)
