Review of Avocado & Tofu Vegan Salad at Kraftwich by Swissbake by applepancakes

$13.60! their only vegan option for salads (apart from the kraft your own salad) and it contains avocado, baked balsamic tofu, mixed beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, broccoli, ume wafu dressings and multigrain toppings! honestly this was pretty meh and not worth the price imo. the tofu was a little salty and bland at the same time? and there was one part of the tofu that had a very weird tough texture🤷‍♀️ the mix of everything together was alright, nothing special and can be a lot cheaper if made at home HAHA the dressing added a nice sour touch to it and made it a little more refreshing and the vegetables were well cooked I guess but just not worth the price!
