wd’ve enjoyed it more if the side was more charred like darker brown in the usual japanese gyoza. the filling tasted q interesting though!! thr was smt like sweet corn inside that gave it a slight juiciness. i forgot to try the sauce though LOL but i don’t think i’d get this again :P
