Review of Sweet Potato Pancakes at Sage Plant Based Bistro West by evolotus

I’m not gonna say these are decadent with a healthy twist because I’m not positive you’re going to catch the sweet potatoes coming on strong. But if a sweet breakfast is your thing you should give them a try. Personally I’d serve these with caramelized bananas or something to make them a tiny bit more special.
