Review of Onion pancake at Pines Food Court by cody

From the stall named Guizhou Delight. This is a Chinese pastry known as cong you bin (葱油饼)，which means onion pancake. It is very similar to roti prata but comes in varying thickness and contains small amounts of onions. The one at this stall is not too much to my liking because it's on the thicker side. It's texture is also slightly inconsist. Nevertheless, it is worth considering if you're craving some carbs that isn't too strong in flavour. #nuseats #NUS #PGP
