Review of Gong Bao Mushroom at Eight Treasures by alyrauff

Perfect even on it’s own. Definitely feels like one of those Chinese take-away style foods but I am very happy with it!
Obviously not filled with msg or gross hormones from animal flesh! So yay!
Textures were just as I expected from the monkey head mushroom and all the flavours were strong and slightly salty sweet.
Very enjoyable and I would eat it on it’s own!
