Review of Yam Paste at Eight Treasures by lou

A light rendition of this classic teochew dessert that can usually be quite oily and heavy (some traditional restaurants make this with lard so be sure to check!). The yam paste was smooth and went well with the coconut milk, but I just wish it came with pumpkin puree (which does come with yam paste sometimes and makes it tastier hehe)
