I love The VGB! The egg white is tofu and the yolk tastes like a yam or squash? This was the first vegan hollandaise I tried, and I love that it has the lemon 'bite" I remember the cruelty kind having. The benny's are served with hash browns and greens.

This trip had a side of birthday cake from their 1 year! I also indulged in a tote bag and a bunch of cheese from the deli!
