Review of Mystical Mushroom Quesadilla at Peace Pies by ecogoddess
The tastiest quesadilla I've ever had. This dish features red bell tortilla filled with cheez, 'sauteed' mushrooms & onions, tomatoes & greens. Oh, and we can't forget the guac. If you are not opposed to a little bit of sweet you will enjoy this dish. However, the red bell tortilla does add a kick of sweetness to it. You've been warned ;)
What I love most about this dish is the cheese. Peace Pies truly has mastered raw vegan cheeses.
Creamy? Yes. Cheesy flavor? Hell yes.
