This dish was a good combination of crunchy lotus root and soft potatoes on a hot plate. It was far less on spice than the other dishes we ordered and complimented the hot Mapo Tofu gravy well. Like other dishes we try, we would have enjoyed it more if the dish was cooked in lesser oil.
