The base of his housemade #focaccia was tender and topped with a #housemade #avocado #veganmayo, #carmelizedonion, a drizzle of #balsamicglaze. The crowning touches wete crushed #pistachios and a piece of local lettuce. These bites were a wonderful way to start our feast!
