
Wow, what took me so long to get to this absolute legendary vegan eatery in Chinatown?! Thin rice flour noodles fried with loads of FIERY wok hei plus mad ingredients from beansprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, cai xin and tofu cubes to the mock stuff like fake char siew and phish cakes, then topped with crispy fried kale. Enjoyed this with the kid who dug it too. #kidapproved
