This bar has a really good chonky square size and filling ratio. The raspberry flavour middle is realllllly tasty.
The outer chocolate is 60% cacao but doesn’t feel that dark as it now contains shea butter to balance the price of the cacao. I find a couple of squares are enough for me at a time as it’s quite rich & creamy.
Its refined sugar free, organic and fair trade with minimal superfood ingredients. 🥳
Not my favourite bar from them but Ombar are one of my favourite brands due to their dedication to ethical trading & sustainability.
