This lightly-textured (less dense) vegan sausage is the closest version to a pig (pork) sausage I've tried so far, so if that's what you're looking for this is your best option. While I'd say that 'This isn't' can be quite a pricey brand, I think for some items like this it can be justified for the aforementioned reason.
