Really enjoyed the lion’s mane mushroom with rice at Sunny Choice! The mushrooms were cooked perfectly—tender with a meaty texture that makes the dish hearty and satisfying. The sauce was flavourful without being too oily, and the portion size felt just right. A wholesome, nourishing meal that I’d happily order again.
