I’ve been a long time fan of this restaurant, and this particular dish always hits the spot. The noodles are perfectly cooked and springy each time, and the “chicken” beancurd slices are so delicious with a crispy outer layer. The sauce is full of umami and you can’t help but go back in for more. Everything pairs nicely with the chili sauce made in-house and the cut chili in soy sauce. It comes with a delicious soup as well.
