Kimchi egg(less) salad toast 🥪🔥 with scrambled tofu. It didn’t fully convince me… the bread was too thick and a bit hard, plus the strong kimchi flavor (that I like) covered the delicate taste of the tofu. Overall good, but not amazing. I’d give it a 7/10.
