This was a perfect flat white. They did everything right- the latte art, the micro foam, the vessel type, temperature, everything. They definitely know their flat whites from their lattes from their cappuccinos here. Just be sure to ask for only dark chocolate drops for your spoon. I like to suspend the spoon of drops in the hot coffee for just a little bit to melt the chocolate, then eat the molten drops all in one go because it’s not enough to detect them through the coffee if you were to stir them in.
