Essentially hawthorn flakes by the brand called - you wouldn't guess it - Haw Flakes. This beloved childhood treat from the 80s is still pretty nom-ish to this day. Hawthorn has some skin-nourishing qualities.. oh who am I kidding, candy is candy and this one is full of added sugar. 😀
