This was delicious but super messy! It had sliced vegan shawarma (which I think was seitan), caramelized onions, tomatoes and tahini sauce wrapped in a pita. It could have used some lettuce for a little crunch like the other meat sandwiches my family got, and I’m sure you could ask to add that in. By the end it was so drippy it all fell apart and I had to finish it with a fork & knife. Great flavor though.
