Loved the deep and flavourful broth with house made wine fermented from soybeans; it won my companion's approval too! 🥘 Brimming with ingredients such as enoki mushrooms, black fungus, firm tofu, taupok fried beancurd pouches, and some kind of beancurd roll. Amusingly there weren't many mushrooms, but there were certainly lots of protein sources! Unique, wholesome, and hearty dish, all at a wallet-friendly price point too. ⚠️ Contains alcohol so it might not be suitable for some religious vegetarians.
