#farfalle isn't my favorite pasta shape, but it was on sale for 1€ per bag at the local #superdino so into the cart it went along with other pasta shapes! As with all Garofalo pastas, it cooked to #aldente perfection at the 14 rexommended minutes. Made of only #durumwheatsemolina, it packs 14g of protein. I recommend this good quality brand if you haven't tried it, though my absolute favorite brand is Molisana.
