Of course I prefer fresh spinach, but I like to keep some in the freezer. İt's cheap at under $1 for 250 grams. I didn't realise that it's imported from France - how wasteful. Luckily it has suitable for vegans printed on it or I wouldn't have realised 🤣🤣
