Pt 1: Had the vegan omakase at Ki Su and I’m so obsessed. Every dish was innovative, creative, and absolutely delicious - seriously some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. So thoughtful, beautifully done, and just wow.
In this first part, I have to say the nigiri sushi really stood out, each type was better than the last, bursting with flavor and incredibly tasty. Such an interesting way to use everyday vegetables to level up a dish.
