This was such a great rice bowl! The Impossible meatballs were perfectly fried, and the tofu was soft and delicious. There was a generous portion of mani cai and long beans, both well-cooked. All the sauces are vegan except for the buttermilk one last I checked, and I’d especially recommend the pepper sauce.
PS, understand they’ve rebranded themselves as ALC Rice Bowls!
