Kale, quinoa and almond sound like a lovely combo for a protein-packed grain salad with greens - and yes, these and vegan keratin went into a smoothing hair treatment that worked surprisingly well in the kid's mangled tangled hair. I used a tiny amount and it worked wonders for my frizzy hair too. Pleasant floral scent too.
