my sister has been wanting to try elote for a while now so she was excited when she saw this Southern Roasted Street Corn on soulicious’ menu! she didn’t love it but this was definitely more of an out-there for her dish, but i enjoyed it! the corn was super sweet and roasted nicely with some charred pieces and the feta crumbles and spices added a little bit of extra flavor! 🌽 #saveveganrestaurants
