My latest experimental bake: Grain-free dark chocolate cake with sweet potato frosting. The primary ingredients were black beans and cocoa powder.
Given that that my first attempt ended with quite a squishy cake, i’m glad the second batch turned out better, after i added almond flour to the flourless recipe to give it more structure.
