Fried Silky Tofu And Eggplant no Muum Maam Barangaroo —Avaliação do ed8080 (7 de jun. de 2025)

The batter on the eggplant and soft tofu was done to perfection being light and thin with a subtle crispness, never chewy. It held the silken tofu together. Unfortunately, without the sweet chili sauce, it was all a bit lacking in flavour although the dish looked beautiful.
Credit to the restaurant for having a separately printed vegan menu however this was produced only on request.
