I have never seen #extrafirm #tofu from this brand before! And clearly no one else has either as this it this item's #firstproductreview !!!
I found it at No Frills and it was $2.50. I used it tonight to make these delicious chickpea-battered tofu bites for an epic ceasar salad dinner! I made a wet batter or oat milk and Chickpea flour. Then the dry mix was pea protein, nutritional yeast, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, sesame seeds. It turned out nicely, but next time I would marinate the inside of the tofu, as it tasted bland on the inside. However, it was better with my homemade ceasar dressing. And the vegan rice paper bacun. It was a filling and delicious dinner!
