Choice of laksa, herbal, or lotus root soup; I opted for the last which came with lots of lotus root, black beans, and peanuts! 🍲🫘🥜 Brimming with other ingredients too including konjac 'prawns', fried beancurd skin, green frisee, baby nai bai, cabbage, tomato, as well as a trio of shiitake, enoki, and shimeji mushrooms. 🍤🥬🍅🍄‍🟫 Very filling even without a carb, though it's possible to add rice or handmade noodles to the dish.
