Ok, so here's the thing. These are probably the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. They pack a huge punch. I will say for people with IBS at least for me. It's a little bit too much sometimes but they are amazing in small doses, I do totally recommend these. I get them at the whole foods that's nearby my place.
