Really nice full vegan breakfast.
I particularly enjoyed the scrambled tofu. It seems to be made out of silken tofu, or with some kind of added cream. It's soft and light, not dry or rubbery as tofu scrambled can sometimes be.
Really well seasoned and flavourful mushrooms.
The carrots were lightly pickled, they had a wonderful subtly tangy flavour.
The sausages taste like the Richmond brand ones, which I like.
Loved the sourdough bread, and the hash browns were perfect.
Top marks. Highly recommend.
