Enmoladas with Chorizo con Papas no Chilango PDX —Avaliação do pdxveg (4 de mai. de 2025)

This consisted of enchiladas filled with lively, meaty Mexican soy chorizo with roasted potatoes and luscious melted 🌱-based cheese, and covered in a rich, velvety, deeply flavorful, sweet and spicy mole sauce that blended chiles and chocolate. Topped with sunflower crema and almond queso fresco. They were fabulous.
