This consisted of sweet potato mash, earthy roasted beets, mustard greens, and melty marshmallows. The crust, as always, had a satisfyingly chewy crumb and crispy edges, with a light sprinkle of salt. This innovative combination of ingredients was delicious. It is a special for Portland Pizza week, which continues through April 20, and a slice is only $4. It is also available as a whole pie for $15. It can be made gluten-free for $2.
