This consisted of meaty, flavorful 🐷-free sriracha pork patty, pickled shredded carrot and daikon, cilantro, cucumber, and vegan kimchi mayo on a satisfyingly chewy Dos Hermanos Bakery ciabatta hoagie. It had a lively mix of meaty, spicy, and tangy. Served with a pickle and chips.
