So here’s the best way I can explain this dish… a Brazilian crepe, made of cassava powder/flour stuffed with cashew cheese.

And let me tell you, Brazilians know how to make vegan cheese!! It was delicious and the texture wasn’t weird (like most of the vegan cheeses I’ve tried when you “melt” them) it was more like creamy.
