This was so good! It is very rare to find a hearty, delicious, purposely vegan dish at a fancy restaurant and I appreciate it so much. This was a well thought out plate where I didn’t feel like I was slighted as a vegan or it’s something that required substitutes. Thank you for this awesome meal. Highly recommend.
