Bibimbap (Veganised) no Gourmet Paradise (Hdb Hub) —Avaliação do Low Lai Chow (28 de jan. de 2025)

This being CNY eve, our usual go-to vegetarian stall at Gourmet Paradise HDB Hub was closed. Which meant a quick diversion to this veganised bibimbap (omit egg and chicken) at the Seoul Delights stall. The lightly seasoned beansprouts, cucumbers, carrots and lettuce with rice and mildly sweet spicy sauce was... plain, to call it plainly.
