During our tip in Istanbul we found a lovely bistro that I highly recommend. There are a lot vegan option on the menu and they have the vegetarian and vegan logo next to the dishes.
This one is a mix of three appetisers: hummus, Turkish tabbouleh (kısır) and stuffed wine leaves.
