Simple main ingredients: Boletus, chanterelles and truffle.

I’m italian 🇮🇹 so quite an expert in risotti eheh and this is good. The original recipe expects parmesan and butter, they created and incredibly tasty and creamy one without those ingredients. Chapeaux!

I would repeat!
