Love IKEA and their sustainability policies, for example making pig corpse hotdogs twice as expensive as the plant option.
They also do a great job with the knäckebrod, I've been munching on that crispy goodness for days now and it's full of flavour, fibre and makes a good bottom for some vegan ("tuna") spread. Great stuff!
