Kabocha Squash no Small Hours —Avaliação do Iszy (5 de jan. de 2025)

This was a dish we added on at the end of our bottle. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! I paired much better with our Francesco Cirelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo than the other food we ordered. I'm sure it would be really nice with a white wine as well. The squash is roasted perfectly and that makes it so creamy. The hint of maple compliments the natural sweetness of the squash well. The arugula adds nice peppery notes and I always love pepitas! They provided some nice texture.
