Not sure what I thought it's going to be like but I wanted to try. Much firmer than dairy mozzarella is, but it tastes okay. I think it can work well with olive oil, tomatoes and basil or on pizza. It's great to have options even if you can tell quite clearly that they are vegan alternatives.
