This consisted of meaty, savory, seasoned, thinly sliced, and lightly grilled house-made seitan, sauerkraut, melty 🐄🥛-free cheese, and vegan Thousand Island dressing on grilled rye bread. It was crave-worthy and intensely satisfying.
