any breakfast sandwich with texas toast is a must try for me so despite not loving tempeh, i had to get this. honestly, even with my tempeh aversion aside- this one was cooked and flavored well with that signature smoky-sweet tempeh taste-, overall it was just okay. the e’gg is a just egg patty and the cheeze is follow your heart, i’m not sure if it was maybe an off day but it seems like the bread might be too big for the amount of e’gg and bac’n. also wish the texas toast was more buttery and texas toasty if that makes sense, not a bad price though 🍳🥪🥓 #saveveganrestaurants
