Love the description on this one - it definitely was soft, tangy, and funky! This wasn't my favorite of the two I tried, but it was still pretty good. It looks just like brie and the rind was spot on, but the inside was a little bit too soft. Regardless, it was still good to spread on crackers and went well with red wine 😋 It's incredible how well this brand can make #vegancheese!
