I got to see a jazz trio perform the music of Vince Guaraldi, including some songs from Charlie Brown Christmas. It was so cozy, classy, and festive!

It's been about a year since I've been to the Dakota, so they've added a couple things to the menu. I was happy to see a vegan option for the focaccia sets! I love warm olives and high quality olive oil! The focaccia was unlike other focaccia I've had. It was almost cale-like. The crust was really incredible as you'd expect from focaccia. The inner part of the great was moister than I expected and almost like a cake sponge. I enjoyed it! The olives and oil were served with preserved lemon peel. It made it feel very fresh, and went nicely with the cakiness of the focaccia.
