I don’t recall ever having an opera pastry but they explained this was a vg version of a classic French pastry. Label said there’s Génoise, ganache chocolat, creme and cafe. well yummers. Like their other pastries this was rich in flavour yet still managing to be light and not overly intense. not sure if that makes sense.
